Cleaning and Caring for Your Headset

To keep your headset in good condition:

  1. Keep your headset away from direct sunlight. Sunlight can cause permanent damage to the headset.
  2. Protect your headset when you aren't actively using it by storing it in it's carrying case to ensure the headset is safe from scratches or falls.
  3. Clean the faceplate and lenses with a dry optical lens microfiber cloth. Don’t use liquid or chemical cleansers.
  4. Clean the straps and forehead pad with non-abrasive, anti-bacterial wipes. Don’t use alcohol or an abrasive cleaning solution.
  5. Clean dust from the sensors and ventilation ports on the headset with compressed air.
