1. Visit the Oculus developer website.

2. Log in to your existing meta account that was created when you first set up your headset.

      3. From the developer dashboard, verify your account by using one of the following methods:

• Add a Credit Card: 

1. Click the Add button. 

2. Enter the credit card information for a credit card in your name.

• Set up Two-Factor Authentication: 

1. Click the Set Up button. 

2. Click Add to the right of Text Message.

3. Enter a phone number and type in the code you receive. 

4. Do not select Authenticator app, as it does not verify your identity.
   

      4. Organization Set Up:

• A person may belong to more than one organization.

• Existing Organization: 

1. If you are joining an existing organization, the account admin will need to send you an invitation from the Memeber section of the developer dashboard. 

2. You will need to provide your Meta username or email address and accept their invitation from your Develper Dashboard. 

• New Organization: 

1. After you have completed the account verification process above, click here to Create a New Organization.

2. Enter a unique name for the developer account, accept the terms and conditions, and click Submit.
   

      5. Check the I Agree box to accept the Non-disclosure Agreement and click Submit.
